CALCULATE!

“Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast” (Revelation 13:18).

A sister had been stricken by several demons. When the servants of God earnestly prayed for her, the demons left her one by one after mentioning their names. In the end, one demon refused to budge and was stubborn in not leaving the woman. Finally, when it was rebuked in the Name of Jesus Christ, it left the woman saying its name as ‘Number Thirteen.’

Those servants of God did not know what the term ‘number thirteen’ means and why should the demon tell its name as ‘thirteen.’ But among them was a devotee who knew the Greek language. He disclosed that it was in the Greek language, the demon had been given the name ‘thirteen.’

He also told that if the names of satan are picked and if their numbers are seen, the result will be ‘thirteen.’ Based on the Greek language, he also explained that the numbers for each of satan’s names like serpents, Beelzebul, Abaddon and Apollyon remain as ‘thirteen.’

You may also calculate this. In the book of Revelation satan’s name ‘serpent’ finds a place in thirteen instances. It pulled the saints who were shining like stars down to the earth. The saints who had reformed so many people were tempted with lust over money, wealth, land and women and were pulled to earth (Revelation 12:4). Dear children of God, this serpent with number thirteen is doing things mightily in these last days.

Nimrod is a king who came as the thirteenth generation after Adam. It was in his age, the idol worship was at its worst. It was in his governance the people were afflicted with pride and they were involved in constructing ‘Babel Tower’ the height of which was planned to reach heaven (Genesis 10:8-10). The wife of Nimrod became the mother of the harlots.

Even today, the spirit of Nimrod is present in many churches and it binds the churches preventing them from spreading the Gospel. When you read the Scripture portion vide Mark 7:21, 22, you can see there Christ giving an account of thirteen types of wicked sins.

That Scripture portion says, “For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness.” See. Be aware that satan who is thirteen brings several types of terrible sins into the man and be cautious.

To meditate: “You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, the young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot” (Psalm 91:13).
