WAY YOU SHOULD GO!
“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go” (Psalm 32:8).
On many occasions, you struggle without knowing the path to go. In life, you stagger without knowing which way to proceed. The sorrow which is the darkness surrounds you and makes you tremble. During all those times, God comes near you and says, “I will show you the path in which you have to go.”
Once a brother visited Andaman to have a look at the thick forests. There, amid the forests, he lost his way. All the directions looked alike and he was confused. Fortunately, a brother who was a local resident had accompanied him and so, he was able to return safely.
Dear children of God in all situations and amid all problems God is all powerful to lead you. Your experience is short whereas He exists even before the creation of the world. Your lifespan is short but He is eternal. So, He is mighty to lead you wonderfully.
When there is a road accident in Germany, thousands of cars will get blocked unable to move ahead and the situation will become critical. Do you know what alternate measure the government implements?
The officials who manage traffic will fly in helicopters and inform the situation to the other cars through radio. Hearing this voice of caution, they will choose a suitable alternative route and reach their destinations.
Generally, people driving cars could not know what has happened ahead of their position. But the officials who are at a high altitude seated in the helicopter can gauge the exact impact. Similar to this, there is a God who watches you from the top. He is not only able to look up to your present stage but also that of the future and eternity. When He leads you, He will do it wonderfully.
The knowledge of the shepherd is greater than that of the sheep. It is because of this, David knew to lead the sheep on the right path so that they could escape the dangers from the wild animals and the right direction where the sheep could have good green pastures and still water. Dear children of God, if you accept God as your shepherd, He will perfectly show you the path to go.
To meditate: “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever” (Psalm 23:6).
